In this role you will understand and accommodate the unique business needs of the client while protecting the integrity of the SAI Global program and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards with Aged Care/Allied Health qualifications OR
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality management principles OR
  • 5 years in an auditing role-preferred

Assessor – Aged Care (Australia)

In this role you are responsible for planning and completing performance assessments of individual aged care providers against the Aged Care Quality Standards, in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Aged Care professionals with experience in home care, community care and residential care
  • OR human service professionals with experience in disability services
  • Or a Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care

Technical Support Administrator – Aged Care

Working under the direction of the Aged Care Program Manager, the Support Administrator is responsible for ensuring audit reports are reviewed and submitted within defined SLA timeframes.

The Ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • General industry experience (3 years plus) in Aged Care or NDIS/Disability and Human Services’ environments
  • A qualification in either aged care, human services and/or a quality assurance/technical field or related discipline would be an advantage
  • Sound computer (MS Office 365, Teams, Excel) and outstanding literacy skills

In this role you will lead the Australian Aged Care Operations team to achieve strategic and financial objectives and ensure that SAI Global Assurance service specific outcomes and response time frames are delivered to the clients.

The Ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Direct experience in a professional services environment is mandatory
  • Experience in the provision of Technical/ Certification programs in a commercial context
  • Demonstrated leadership and performance management experience.
