Tania is the Chief Operating Officer at PROVIDERplus. Tania is an experienced Educator, Quality Manager and Leader in the Disability and Education sector, holding a Master of Education and post graduate qualifications in Disability Practice and Quality assurance.
Tania brings her passion for education together with her love for quality and compliance to lead the PROVIDERplus team to live and breathe the PROVIDERplus mission – To assist NDIS providers operate compliant, high quality and successful businesses.
Matthew Zammit
Matthew is a Management Systems Auditor at SAI Global, responsible for clinical technical reviews and NDIS Certification/Verification audits of registered providers. He is also a Registered Nurse and has personal lived experience of disability.
His emphasis in conducting audits of NDIS providers is to seek as much feedback from participants and their families, in order to empower their voice and ensure that providers have systems in place to seek and utilise the input of NDIS participants in their own governance and operational framework.
