Sterling Care Achieves NDIS Certification.
Sterling Care is a Melbourne based NDIS provider, offering respite and community participation programs to their participants. They underwent a rigorous NDIS audit program with SAI Global and successfully achieved NDIS Certification.
I thank SAI Global for the fabulous experience we had with our recent NDIS Certification audit, which resulted in us getting the approval and SAI Global 5 Ticks logo to display in our organisation.
Ravi Poobalasingam, Director of Sterling Care, found the team at SAI Gloabal to be very knowledgeable, personable, and were very helpful with the audit program. They thoroughly checked all documents, processes, policies, and other compliance requirements, as well as helping Sterling Care identify opportunities for continual development and improved performance along the way.
