Emotional Energy at Intertek SAI Global

This year, the team at Intertek SAI Global came together to honour this important day. We held morning teas in our offices across the country and connected virtually to share a moment of community and conversation.

Our focus was on Emotional Energy, one of our core 10x energies at Intertek. We explored how our own positive actions and supportive behaviour can inspire and uplift our colleagues. It was a practical demonstration of the R U OK? Spirit, recognising that fostering a supportive environment starts with each of us. By leading with empathy and encouragement, we help build a workplace where every team member feels seen, heard, and supported.
