Intertek has entered into a definitive agreement with SAI Global to take ownership of our Standards and Assurance Services businesses, subject to regulatory approval.
The combination of SAI Global Assurance and Intertek’s Business Assurance will deliver a comprehensive, market-leading suite of solutions for our clients and provide a home for our people as an integral part of Intertek’s growth strategy.
